Requirements

IT Support Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in computer system, information system, computer science
  • Max. 3 years of working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to diagnose & resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to solve networking issues related to Wifi & LAN in End User computing devices and trace routing to the networking infrastructure
  • Willing to work on 24 hours shift and public holiday
