Network Security Engineer Jakarta
Are you passionate about securing digital infrastructure and optimizing network performance? PT Lotte Innovate Indonesia is looking for a Junior-Middle Network Security Engineer to join their growing team in Jakarta Timur (East Jakarta).

Job Responsibilities
As a Network Security Engineer, you will:
- Configure, install, and maintain critical network and security devices including routers, switches, NGFWs, WAFs, VPNs, load balancers, and more.
- Monitor system performance, ensure availability and reliability of network infrastructure.
- Provide Level-2/3 technical support and handle troubleshooting of complex network issues.
- Support and implement network and security solutions across various platforms (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.).
- Assist with server, storage, and virtualization environment maintenance.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement effective tools and policies.
- Be ready for on-call support and occasional site visits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Network Engineer.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (OSI Model, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, SD-WAN, etc.).
- Experience with security tools: NGFW, IPS/IDS, VPNs, Endpoint Security, UTM.
- Familiarity with server administration (Linux, Windows Server, AD, Exchange, etc.).
- CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Must be ready to start soon and be willing to work onsite in Jakarta Timur.
