We are looking for a Cluster Director of Sales who will be in charge of three of our hotels: ASTON Anyer Beach Hotel, ASTON Serang Hotel & Convention Center, and ASTON Cilegon Boutique Hotel.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree
- Experienced as Director of Sales position for at least 5 years
- Experienced in the hospitality industry
- Experienced handling 5-star Hotels
- Experienced handling cluster hotels
- Have strong leadership skills
- Strong in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) market
- Willing to be in charge of 3 hotels
